In the vast landscape of professional discourse, sometimes a single article can spark a chain of thought that leads to deeper exploration. Such was the case with Charlene Li’s insightful LinkedIn post entitled “Building Trust in Generative AI.” Li’s article, co-authored with Katia Walsh, introduced the concept of the “Pyramid of Trust” — a framework that resonated deeply with the challenges and opportunities presented by the rapid advancement of AI technology.
